摘要
针对弹光调制需要高Q值、高电压、高稳定性驱动电路的特点,设计了一种基于LC谐振升压原理的高压驱动电路,该电路主要由输入波形转换电路、功率放大电路、充放电回路、阻抗匹配电路和反馈信号采集电路组成。采用低磁导率磁芯制作的高品质因数电感,使电路在输出高电压的同时,降低了对直流电源电压的要求。实验结果表明:在弹光调制干涉具谐振频率50.04 kHz下,谐振电路的输出电压在0~1200 VP-P可调,所需直流电源电压最大幅值为29 V。电路具有较强的带负载能力,可以满足弹光调制晶体的驱动需求。
Because photoelastic modulator requires the drive circuit of high Q value,high voltage and high stability,a high voltage drive circuit based on LC resonant boost principle is designed. The circuit is mainly composed of the in-ut waveform converting circuit,power amplifier circuit,charge and discharge circuit,impedance matching circuit and feedback signal acquisition circuit. A high quality factor inductance is made by low permeability core. The output voltage of the circuit is higher,while the DC power supply voltage requirements is lower. The experiments show that:at the resonant frequency 50. 04 kHz of photoelastic modulator,the adjustable output voltage of the circuit is 0 to 1200VP-P,the maximum supply voltage of input DC power is 29 V. This circuit has a strong load capacity and can fully meet the demand to drive the photoelastic modulator crystal.
