摘要
为了在扫描型红外热成像系统中摆脱对于进口高速扫描器的依赖,同时达到降低成本、提高集成性的目的,通过采用具有动磁式光电角度检测功能的振镜以及PID+Double-Loop Feedback(双闭环反馈)扫描控制伺服系统的信号电路设计,实现了红外热成像系统中高速扫描器的国产化研制,通过对比实验和实效验证,国产化组件性能与进口组件相当,达到了较高的设计要求。
To get rid of the dependence on import high speed scanner in scanning infrared thermal imaging system and lower the cost,a self made high speed scanner is made. It uses the galvanometer with moving magnet photoelectric angle detection function. PID and Double-Loop Feedback scanning control servo system are also used. By experiment and test,the performance of the self made component is proved to be similar to that of the import component. The performance meets the design requirements.
