摘要
针对现有红外与可见光融合算法中存在边缘模糊与目标不清晰等问题,通过对红外图像与可见光图像的研究,提出一种基于方向边缘检测的红外与可见光的图像融合算法。通过在传统的边缘检测算法基础上,引入一个方向因子,提出了一种新的方向边缘检测算法;并根据高频子带与低频子带中小波系数的不同特性,分别对其采用了不同的融合规则。实验结果表明,该算法能够有效的提取图像中的边缘信息与目标信号,具有可靠性高、清晰度高的市场优势。
Aiming at edge blur and target unsharpness in infrared and visible image fusion algorithm,an infrared and visible image fusion algorithm based on the direction of the edge detection is proposed. Based on the traditional edge detection algorithm,a direction factor is introduced. And according to the different characteristics with the high frequency sub-band and low frequency sub-band wavelet coefficients,different fusion rules are adopted. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively extract the edges information and the target signal in the image. It has the advantages of high reliability and high definition.
