摘要
为更好地对汽车外开天窗进行设计,文章从外开天窗的基本结构和功能描述入手,采用基准断面分析的方法,阐述了天窗的开口确定、头部空间校核、密封和防水等关键设计要点,介绍了采用CAE辅助分析提高结构设计可靠性的方法。在具体的开发设计当中,除了这些基本原则外,还要根据客户的特殊需求以及整车设计目标做具体的调整和补充。轻量化、多功能及全景的外开天窗设计将成为天窗研发的主流技术。
In order to improve design of vehicle outward opening sunroof, firstly, this paper introduces the basic structure and function of outward opening sunroof, secondly, illustrates the key points on dimension of sunroo f 's opening, the verification of headroom, sealing and water-proof using methodology of reference section analysis, thirdly, describes the method of improving structure design with CAE. In additional to the basic principles, the design is required to adjust and supplement based on the customer's demands and the whole vehicle target during the stage of development. Lightweight, functional and all-around glazing outward opening sunroof will become the main stream technology.
