摘要
螺栓连接方式在汽车中占有重要地位,个别螺栓连接的功能失效,会给产品总成的正常运行带来严重影响。以连接发动机曲轴法兰及飞轮的均布螺栓组为例,对个别螺栓连接因某一因素而导致的失效及影响进行分析。利用机械设计中的螺栓组形心变化原理,求取在局部失效状态下螺栓组承载切向力的最大值。分析结果表明,为了产品的可靠运行,一般情况下,螺栓连接安全系数选取在1.5~2.0比较合理。
Bolt joining mode plays a very important role in vehicle's part joining, the functional failure for the individual bolt joining can bring serious influence on vehicle normal running. Taking the bolt group as an example, that is a joining part between engine crankshaft flange and flywheel. The failure and influence of individual bolt due to some uncertain factors is analyzed. Using centroid principle of bolt group to obtain the maximum value of tangential force in the mode of functional failure is described in the paper. The conclusion shows that safe coefficient of bolt joining should be acceptable within the range of 1.5~2.0 to ensure vehicle running stably.
