摘要
通过对火灾案例和消防设施普查数据的分析,剖析了影响防火卷帘可靠性的主要问题和关键环节。进一步分析了影响防火卷帘可靠性的各个环节之间的逻辑关系,证明了一组防火卷帘的可靠度与防火卷帘的数量之间的指数函数关系,说明了一组防火卷帘的可靠度随着防火卷帘数量增加而减小。提出了提高防火卷帘可靠性的措施,建议修订有关规范,限制防火卷帘的工程应用范围,增加防火卷帘故障报警功能的设计和检测内容,限制防火分区每组防火卷帘的数量,增加防火卷帘的防遮挡报警功能。
According to the analysis of fire cases and fire facilities Census data,this paper analyze the main problems and key links of fire shutter reliability.The analysis of the logical relationship between each link of fire shutter reliability prove that the exponential function relationship exists between the number of fire shutter and fire shutter reliability for a group of fire shutter.The reliability of a group of fire shutter decreases with the increase of the number of fire shutters.Some measures is put foreword to improve the fire shutter reliability.Some proposals is put to revise technical specification for limit of fire shutter engineering application,increasing the fire shutter fault alarm function for design and testing,limiting the number of a group of fire shutter in a fire partition,increasing anti occlusion alarm for fire shutter.
