摘要
煤矿井下变电所使用的电力设备通信,其接线端子数量较少,布线繁琐又占用空间,用有线通信方式进行电能质量监控又不方便,故提出一种基于DSP的煤矿井下变电所用电力监控系统分站,采用无线方式监控变电所内电力设备的电能质量信息。ZigBee模块是加装在设备内部,用于获取电力设备保护装置的电能数据,并通过ZigBee网络上传到DSP分站,再通过以太网接口将电能数据上传到上位机监控软件,可随时对变电所内各种电力设备的电能质量数据进行监控。该监控分站通过技术测试,具有使用方便、操作简单、体积小等优点,为变电所和工作面进行电能质量监控提供了基础性设备。
The communieation of power equipment has less wire terminals and complex wire display which takes up a lot of spaces at underground mine substations. However, the wire communication ways are inconvenience to monitor the power quality. So proposes the power monitoring substation based on DSP, adopts wireless monitoring way to monitor the power quality information of electrical equipment in substations. The ZigBee module is installed in the equipment, which obtains the power data of electrical protection equipment and transmits the power data to DSP substation through ZigBee network. Then the power data is transmitted to the monitoring software in main computer through gthernet. So the whole process can monitor the power quality data of different electrical equipment in substation at anytime. The technology test proves that the monitoring substation is convenience and easy to operate and the size is small, which provide the basic equipment for substation to do the power quality monitoring.
