摘要
针对目前带式输送机温度监测存在的一些弊端,在分析带式输送机的火灾成因基础上,研发了KJ190型带式输送机温度监测系统。重点介绍分布式光纤测温原理、特点及系统硬件构成。经煤矿实际运行,该系统能准确、快速地对温度进行监测和预警,单通道的测温误差达±1℃,在测温范围为6 km时系统响应时间为20 s,定位精度达1 m,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the drawbacks of belt conveyor temperature monitoring in domestic, analyzes the causes of fire on belt conveyor, researches and develops the KJ190 type belt conveyor temperature monitoring system, introduces the principles, features and hardware construction of distributed fiber temperature measurement in detail. Through the actual running in coal mine, this system can accurately and quickly monitor the temperature, then gives out the alarm. The error of single channel temperature measurement is -+ 1℃. The system response time is 20 s while the temperature range is 6 km. The positioning accuracy is 1 m and gains good effect.
