摘要
针对目前国内的无人综采工作面存在的问题,提出运用Unity3D虚拟显示软件建立综采工作面模型,通过无人综采工作面设备(重点是液压支架)的实时数据反馈,模拟其运动过程的姿态,以便更好地监视和控制设备的运行,对无人工作面监视和控制的实现提供一种新的辅助手段。重点介绍虚拟仿真技术方案的架构、关键设备和相关协议,及实现的原理与方法。
Focuses on the problems of domestic unmanned fully mechanized mining face, proposes that setting up the mechanized mining model by Unity3D virtual display software. The feedback data from unmanned fully mechanized equipment (especially the hydraulic support ) are used to simulate the operating process, which achieves better monitoring and equipment control. It provides a new auxiliary method for unmanned monitoring, and detail introduces the structures, key equipment, relevant protocal and the realization' s principles of virtual simulation technology proposals.
