摘要
微细铝粉在现代工业和军事中有重要的应用.而分级过程中的主管道流量对分级效果有非常重要的影响.本文结合铝粉厂的实际需求,针对主管道流量波动较大的问题,对阀门设计了模糊-PID控制,使主管道流量在受到干扰后能快速回到设定值,风机频率适时调整的方法在减小了总流量波动的同时使主管道阀门保持在较大开度,有效节省了能源.实际的运行效果验证了算法的有效性.
Aluminum powder plays an important role in modern industry and military .Main pipe flow in a-luminum powder classification has a great effect on product quality .Based on the specific need of an aluminum powder manufacturer , a fuzzy-PID controller is designed for the main pipe valve so that the flow rate is able to return to set value quickly after big interference .The method of adjusting working frequency of the fan is re-searched to reduce total flow fluctuations and meanwhile maintain the valve at the large degree of opening which saves energy .The results prove the effectiveness .
