摘要
采用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱( ICP-OES)对锦州某工厂附近土壤中七种金属元素含量进行分析,建立了一种土壤中Cu、Cr、Pb、Mn、Ni、Cd、Zn元素的准确的分析方法.本方法所有元素检出限均满足测试要求;七种元素在测试范围内线形关系良好;相对标准偏差在0.9%~4.2%之间;回收率均在87.8-109.2%之间.对土壤的测试结果发现,离工厂500米的农业用地镉元素含量略高,可能受到工厂的污染,其他元素含量均符合国标中农业用地的土壤标准值.
The contents of seven elements were determined in soil around the factory in Jinzhou by induct-ance coupling plasma atom emission spectrum ( ICP-OES) .A accurate analysis method was established for the determination of Cu、Cr、Pb、Mn、Ni、Cd、Zn in soil.The detect limits of all elements fit the demands of testing in this method .Seven kinds of elements had an excellent liner relationship in testing range .The relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.9%-4.2%.Recoveries of all elements were in the range of 87.8%-109.2%. The testing results exhibited that the content of Gd element was higher in agricultural land 500 meters away from the factory .It maybe caused by the pollution of the factory .The contents of else elements fit the values of agricul-tural land in Chinese Standard .
