桂香18号茶树新品种不同茶类适制性中试研究 被引量:7

摘要 桂香18号是广西桂林茶叶科学研究所从广西凌云白毫茶群体种中采用系统选育法选育的新品种,用其原料与不同茶类国家级对照种进行制作绿茶、乌龙茶、黑茶的适制性对比试验,并与其亲本及国家级对照种进行感官审评对比。结果表明,桂香18号继承了母本适制性广的优良特性,产品品质独特,制作的各种茶类产品品质优,花香突显,其中绿茶、红茶品质均优于母本对照种和国家级标准对照种;乌龙茶品质与国家级乌龙茶标准对照种相当,优于母本对照种;黑茶品质与母本相当,优于广西六堡茶(黑茶)标准对照种。为今后推广该品种适制产品提供参考。 "Guixiang No.18" is a new premium tea bred from "Lingyun Baihao" varieties by the Institute by means of system selection breeding, which has been used as raw material on its suitability experiment for making different tea types in making green tea, oolong tea and black tea compared with nationalcontrol varieties of different tea types. The results show Guixiang No.18 has inherited its female parent's premium characters of good suitability for making different teas with distinctive quality, floral highlight, especially, the processed green tea and black tea are better than the national control varieties; the quality of oolong tea is equal to national standard, better than female parent variety. The quality of black tea is equal to female parent, but better than Guangxi Liubao Tea standard control variety. These works provide the references in processing technology and methods for the future promotion of making different tea products from "Guixiang No. 18".
