摘要
用比光谱导数法同时测定光谱重叠严重的肉制品中NO-3 和NO-2 含量 ,在不需分离和掩蔽的条件下 ,测定的回收率和精密度均较高 ,得出二者的浓度分别在 0~ 9mg/L和 0~ 9mg/L之内符合线性关系 ,回归的相关系数r均达 0 999以上。探讨了波长、共存物影响和求导间隔等测量条件 ,并将该法应用于肉制品中NO-3 和NO-2 含量的实际测量。
A way of measuring nitrate and nitrite content whose spectrums are overlapped badly in admixture,by derivative ratio spectrum method,is proposed.The results indicate that their concentrations ranging 0~9mg/L and 0~9mg/L are in direct proportion to their values of derivative ratio spectrum without any separations and camouflages.The correlative coefficient\!r\'is above 0\^999.The results of rate of recovery and the RSD tests are satisfactory.This paper also discusses some measuring conditions such as wavelength,concomitant,and the derivative interval.This method is applied to the measurement of nitrate and nitrite in meat products.
