摘要
多种实验优化方法已被成功地运用于微生物培养基和培养条件的优化工作中。根据Plackett- Burman设计法和响应面分析法的基本原理 ,对 SAS软件在实验安排和数据分析中的应用进行较为详细的分析。
Statistical methods and optimization techniques have been widely used to determine microbial culture conditions.In this apper,applications of SAS system in experimental design were researcheed in recording to the Plackett-Burman design and the response surface analysis.
