摘要
使用活性炭对蔗糖热聚合产物进行脱色处理。通过比较等温吸附曲线 ,确定颗粒状活性炭对蔗糖热聚合产物的脱色效果优于粉末状活性炭。单因素实验和正交实验的分析结果表明 ,当蔗糖热聚合产物溶液浓度为 40 0 g/L时 ,脱色的最佳条件为 :活性炭用量质量分数 2% ,温度为 80℃ ,脱色时间为 40 min。在此条件下脱色率为 97.2 %。
Active carbon was utilized to decolorize the amber product of sucrose thermalization,which was for developing fructo-oligosaccharides.Through comparison of absorption isotherms,particle active carbon was applied rather than powder.The otptimum parameters to the 400 g/L solution,which were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments,were quantity of active carbon 2 %,temperature 80 ℃,time 40 minutes.Under this condition,the decoloration rate was 97.2 %.
