不同类型铰机构动态特性对比研究

Contrast and investigation on dynamic characteristics of different kinds of joint mechanisms

摘要 机构铰接副处过大间隙将引起异常的振动与噪声 ,加速了疲劳与磨损 ,严重地影响了机器的动态性能。通过算例 ,对比分析了理想铰、间隙铰、挤压油膜铰及多孔状挤压油膜铰等各类铰对机构的动态特性的影响。分析结果表明 ,间隙铰机构稳态性能大大降低 ,而挤压油膜铰与多孔状挤压油膜铰均可控制机构的间隙效应 。 Excessive clearance of mechanism joint pair will cause abnormal vibration and noise,accelerate fatigue and wear and seriously affect the dynamic performance of machine.By means of illustrative ealculation examples this paper compared and analyzed the influences of dynamic characteristics affected by various kinds of mechanisms with idealized,clearanced,squeeze filmed and squeeze porous filmed joints.The result of analysis shows that the steady behavior of clearanced joint mechanism is greatly reduced but squeeze filmed joint and squeeze porous filmed jould could both control the clearance effect of mechanism.In addition the damper with squeezed porous film is suitable in the situation of not too high controlling accuracy.
