摘要 海门湾桥闸位于广东省潮阳市出海口 ,是一个综合性的水利工程。其钢筋混凝土平板闸门与花岗岩之间的摩擦系数很大 ,造成启闭机超载 ,工程存在安全隐患 ,急需对闸门与操作系统进行改造。研究了钉板 -塑料固体自润滑复合材料滑道 TS- 70 E,通过滑道模拟试验测定了 TS- 70 E滑道对花岗岩条石的摩擦系数、时效摩擦系数以及稳定磨损率。试验结果表明 :TS- 70 E滑道对花岗岩的最大摩擦系数为 0 .1 65,稳定磨损率为 0 .0 79μm/m,按滑道允许磨损 1 mm估算 ,TS- 70 E可使用 Haimen wan bridge lock is situated on the mouth of the sea in Caoyang city of Guangdong province It is a hydraulic engineering with many uses The friction coefficient between the plane gates made of reinforced concrete and granite is so big as to make its headstock gear overload The bridge lock has suffered some hidden dangers The locks and operation system must be remade urgently In this paper, the solid self lubricating composite material slideway TS 70E, made of plastics in bronze teeth plank, is studied The friction coefficient between TS 70E and granite and the rate of steady wear are measured by the stimunlated experiment The results show that the peak value of friction coefficient is 0 165 and the rate of steady wear is 0 079μm/m If the abrasion wear of TS 70E is 1mm, its service life is at least 34 years
