摘要
用摩擦焊实现了 W80 Cu2 0和紫铜之间的连接 ,并与传统的整体烧结工艺进行了对比分析 ,观察了结合界面和拉伸断口。结果表明 ,摩擦焊焊接接头的抗拉强度与整体烧结的相当 ,接近或等于铜端的强度 ;结合界面组织均匀 ,晶粒细小 ,热影响区也较窄。
The copper and W80Cu20 alloy are linked up by the friction welding, which is comparied with the conventional whole sintering technology The morphology of the joint and tensile strength are analyzed Results show that, the joint strength is equal to the one of copper, the interface structure is homogenieous, the grain size of joint is fine, and the HAZ of joint is very thin This approach is a high efficient and economic technology for composite parts
