摘要
目的 研究铸造 CAE工程数据库开发技术及其工程应用 .方法 首先确定开发铸造 CAE工程数据库的步骤 ;其次着手解决开发铸造 CAE工程数据库过程中的几项关键技术 ,即 :动态数据绑定技术 ,动态链接库技术等 ,并且讨论了处理材料变热物性参数的数学方法 ;然后进行数据库程序的编制与调试工作 ;最后与主体计算程序进行集成 .结果 开发了可集成于 CASTSoft CAE软件的数据库软件模块 CAST-Data.结论 由于有 CASTData的支持 ,使得 CASTSoft CAE软件对于各类铸造参数的管理更加科学、有效 ,进一步提高了 CASTSoft CAE软件的模拟精度及运行速度 ,进而提高了 CASTSoft
Aim: To study the development technology and application of engineering database for casting CAE. Methods: The steps of developing the engineering database for casting CAE are determined. Some key technologies, such as the dynamic data binding, the dynamic linkage library and so on, are set about to be resolved. Furthermore, the mathematical method adopted to treat the varied thermophysical parameters is discussed, and the program for above aim is to be designed and tested. Finally, CASTData is to be added to the main calculation program. Results: The database software integrated to CAST CAE have been developed. By the way, so called CASTData is a sub-module of the casting CAE software. Conclusion: With CASTData, CASTSoft CAE can manage casting parameters more scientifically and efficiently. What's more, the simulation precision and running velocity of CASTSoft CAE have been improved. Subsequently, the above work has enhanced the commercialization of CASTSoft CAE.
