摘要
冶炼中用于脱模机上的重载差动螺旋传动是在高温、重载条件下工作 ,使用寿命较低 ,造成直接、间接的经济损失较大。由于对重载差动螺旋使用寿命的影响是多方面的 ,包括 :载荷、温度、润滑、工况、螺旋副材料等。因此我们用有限元法分析了螺旋副的载荷分布 ;对重载差动螺旋失效机理进行了分析并做了模拟实验、磨损率试验 ;对润滑剂及螺旋副材料在相应的工况下进行了优化选用。根据大量的实验结果 。
in steelmaking differential power screw drive are often used in drawing pattern machines.Power screw is under the condition of high temperature and heavy loads.Adhesive wear,abrasive wear and multimode wear result in short life of drivers and increase economical losses. Because load,temperature,lubrication,working conditions,materials of the screw pair,etc.all of them affect the life of power screw,so we must make the failure analyses of drive equipment.Following methods are used in our work:(1)analyzing of the load distribution of screw pair by finite element method;(2)analyzing and testing of wear mechanism;(3)simulating precipice of screw drive and testing of wear rate;(4)optimizing of the lubricants and the screw materials for working condition.Depending on a lot of test results,we suggested more suitable matenrials for the wear pair and lubricants.This can make the life of the differential power screw increase then before.
