摘要
并行工程通过吸收信息的下游阶段和提供信息的上游阶段的并行动作来获得并行效果 ,但这种阶段间的并行如果得不到合理的安排 ,将会对产品的开发带来实质上的损害。这里提出了一种基于上游信息演进度和下游阶段敏感性的概念框架 ,说明了如何应用这种概念框架来处理关联阶段并行中的风险问题以及在实际设计、生产中的运用。
The common approach to simultaneous execution in Concurrent Engineering (CE) involves performing a downstream information absorbing product development phase concurrently with an information supplying upstream phases.However,such simultaneous execution of coupled phases,in the absence of careful management,can lead to substantial deterioration in the product development performance.The paper here presents a conceptual framework based on upstream information evolution and downstream sensitivity to manage the risks involving the simultaneous execution of coupled development phases and illustrates how the framework would apply to the substantial development process.
