面向订单的企业运行模式研究

Running mode of make-to-order manufacturing

分析研究了影响企业组织形式的三大类因素 ,即 :订单结构类型 ,产品结构类型 ,企业系统优化目标。针对不同的制约因素 ,提出相应的企业运行模式 ,使企业分布和组织更趋合理。

Three classes of facts affecting the organization of enterprises are suggested,they are the structure type of orders ,the structure type of products,and the optimize aims of systems.As for these constraint facts corresponding running modes are put forward to make the organization and distribution of MTO enterprises more reasonable.
