液压动载轴承试验台的设计与分析

Design and Analysis of the Test Bench of Hydraulic Dynamically Loaded Bearing

本文给出了液压动载轴承试验台的设计方法,并应用于YZ-1试验台的开发。这类试验台可模拟可变脉动载荷滑动轴承的工作状况,适用于相应工作条件下轴承工作特性和可靠性的研究。

In this paper, the design method on the test bench of hydraulic dynamically loaded bearing is given, and applied it to the devlopment of the model YZ - 1 test bench. The bench simulates the working condition of the journal bearing under various pulsating load put on according to given way, therefore can be used to study the working behavior and reliability of the bearing under similar condition.
