The movement equations of right circular flexure hinge is derived, which are the angular deflections due to the torques and linear deflections due to the forces; the material selection of right circular flexure hinge in synchrotron radiation and the design for the parameters of the flexure hinge are analyzed; the adjustment frame of yaw, pitch and roll in monochromator of synchrotron radiation based on the right circular flexure hinge are introduced.
