同步辐射光束线中柔性铰链的研究 被引量:17

摘要 详细推导了直圆柔性铰链所受力矩和角偏移量及受力和线性位移之间的对应关系等运动方程 ;对直圆柔性铰链材料的选取、直圆柔性铰链参数的设计进行了分析 ;介绍了在同步辐射单色器中以直圆柔性铰链为基础投角、滚角、摆角调节结构。 The movement equations of right circular flexure hinge is derived, which are the angular deflections due to the torques and linear deflections due to the forces; the material selection of right circular flexure hinge in synchrotron radiation and the design for the parameters of the flexure hinge are analyzed; the adjustment frame of yaw, pitch and roll in monochromator of synchrotron radiation based on the right circular flexure hinge are introduced.
