摘要
MES(Manufacturing Execution Systems-中文译作制造执行系统或生产实施系统 )是连接制造企业上层计划系统和执行控制系统的桥梁。为了在当前日益复杂和分布化的工厂环境中组织生产, MES必须具有良好的敏捷性和伸缩性。本文探讨了如何基于 holon(全能体)构造具有上述特点的 MES,并结合本课题组的 863/CIMS研究项目,阐述了在车间多变环境下,基于全能体的 MES特点以及它如何和 ERP系统结合保证制造系统的伸缩性和敏捷性的。
MES(Manufacturing Execution Systems) bridges the plan level and the control level of enterprise. To organize efficient production in a more complicated and more distributed factory environment, MES must hold the attributes of agility and extensibility. This paper discusses how to build such MES based on holons and, with our MES research subject from the State 863/CIMS, we further illustrator the characteristics of our holon- based MES and how it can, together with the legacy ERP, maintain system's agility and extensibility in an dynamic manufacturing environment.
