The fundamental task of a university is to train builders and successors of socialism, and the political theory teachers bear an important responsibility to college students to establish a correct outlook on life and values. Only by strengthening the ideological and political quality to those teachers and making full use of the exemplary role of teacher party members can colleges better fulfill its historic mission. Considering the present situation of the political theory teachers, to explore the main measures to strengthen the basic ideas to them are of great importance.
