摘要
高校课堂"主动讲授"授课方式是培养创新人才的天敌,是阻碍学生学习方式转变的罪魁祸首,其直接影响实践教学的效果。"主动讲授"授课方式是封建意识和错误认知的产物,是"教"与"学"角色错位的体现。要杜绝"主动讲授"授课方式,就要坚持"有所不为"和"有所为"的原则,教师要注意强化学生自主学习的能力,要注意引导学生建立批判性思维,同时要改革评价机制。
Active teaching is the enemy of training innovative talents, it is the culprit to prevent the students from transforming the mode of leaning and affects the practice teaching. Active teaching is the products of the feudal consciousness and inconect cognition, it reflects the dislocation of “teaching” and “learning”. To put active teaching to an end, we should insist on the principal of selecting “what have to do” and “what needn't do”. Teachers should pay attention to strengthen the students' ability of autonomous learning and guide the students to build critical thinking, and to reform the evaluation mechanism.
