中国企业国际化面临的风险及防范

Risks and Precautions of the Internationalization of Chinese Enterprises

目前中国企业的国际化发展仍旧处于起步阶段,与美国、日本等发达国家以及新兴工业化国家的企业国际化起步阶段相比,还存在很多质量和结构上的差距。通过对中国企业在实施其企业国际化过程中面临的政治风险、法律风险、文化冲突风险、企业内部管理风险以及国内企业制度决策滞后及配套组织缺乏等经营风险的基础上,提出从政府和企业两个层面提升自身国际化经营的核心竞争力,建立全面的跨国经营风险防控体系。

At present, Chinese enterprises are still in the initial stage. Compared with the enterprises in internationalization early stage in the developed countries as the United States, Japan and the newly industrialized countries, there is still a gap in quality and structure. Considering the risks in politics, law, culture conflict, internal management, mad lagging domestic enterprise decision system mad lack of supporting organizations operating, the paper put forward to promote the core competitive competence in internationalization from two aspects of government and enterprises, mad to establish comprehensive international business risk prevention mad controlling system.
