多功能光伏-蓄电池发电系统为大电网提供频率支撑的仿真设计

摘要 提供了一种光伏-蓄电池发电系统为大电网提供频率支撑的能量管理设计方案.采用模糊控制思想对电网频率进行实时检测分类,根据电网当前运行状况,考虑不同天气条件光伏发电的实际输出及蓄电池的充放电状态,建立不同的工作模式,通过光伏单元和蓄电池配合有效向电网提供或吸收有功功率,提供频率支撑功能,并通过系统测试验证了该方案的可行性.结果表明:该仿真方案能够实现不同工况的状态转换,具有为大电网提供频率支撑的潜力. A method that PV-battery power generation system support the frequency of the grid was provided. The main design method was using fuzzy control to classify the real-time frequency of grid. Taking account of the grid current condition, the actual PV power output under different weather cases and the status of battery, specific operation mode was established. The functionality of providing or absorbing active power from grid was achieved by the cooperation between PV and battery. The feasibility of this simulation design was verified by the system testing. The results show that this design can realize the status transform between the different operation modes and the design has a great capability for supporting grid frequency.
