摘要
提出了一种大型锻件超声检测系统的设计方案.利用ARM和FPGA作为核心处理单元设计了系统中的多路超声检测器的硬件电路,在Linux环境下设计了超声检测器ARM部分的软件,在ISE环境下设计了超声检测器FPGA部分的软件;在LabVIEW环境下应用G语言设计了系统的上位机软件,研制了大型锻件超声检测系统;实现了A、B、C扫描成像以及通过上位机控制进行大型锻件自动检测的功能,具有检测实时性强、效率高的优点.
The design plan of a large forgings ultrasonic monitoring system is proposed. The hardware circuit of multi-channel ultrasonic detector is designed by using ARM and FPGA which is the core processing unit. The software of ARM part in ultrasonic detector system is designed under the Linux environment and the software of FPGA part in system is designed under the ISE environment. The PC software of system is designed in G language under the LabVIEW environment. Large forgings ultrasonic testing system realizes A, B, C scan imaging and its automatic detection control led by the PC, in addition, it has the advantages of real-time detection and high efficiency.
