摘要 以某钢铁厂的主沟和撇渣器为研究对象,采用三维动量守恒方程、RNGk-e湍流模型和Mixture多相流模型模拟计算主沟内速度场与主沟壁面之间距离的关系,并分析了不同出铁流量下出铁沟内流场和渣铁的分离效果。结果表明,主沟中心位置的渣铁速度明显快于壁面附近的渣铁速度;渣铁分离效果不太理想,渣中带铁量偏多,其原因是渣口位置过低;随着初始流量的增大,出铁沟内的流动混乱程度逐渐增加,渣中带铁现象加剧。 The main trough and skimmer in a certain steel plant were selected as the objects of analysis . Three-dimensional momentum equation , RNG k-e turbulence model and Mixture multiphase flow model were used to calculate the relationship between the flow field in the main trough and the dis-tance to the main trough wall .Moreover ,the flow field and slag-metal separation efficiency under dif-ferent iron flow rates were calculated .The results show that the velocity of iron and slag in the center of the main trough is faster than that of the wall nearby ;slag-metal separation efficiency is not ideal , and slag with iron is too much due to low slag notch position ;with the initial flow rate increasing ,the flow confusion degree increases ,and the phenomenon of slag with iron is intensified .
