The Changing Characteristics and Prospect of the FIG Competitive Aerobics Rules of 2013

对2009-2012年版和2013-2016年版的国际体操联合会(FIG)竞技健美操竞赛规则进行分析和比较,并从艺术编排、动作完成和难度技术上着手进行研究,主要运用文献资料法和统计分析法对竞赛规则的变化特点进行探讨,分析新规则对竞技健美操技术发展的影响,通过分析对竞技健美操的发展进行竞技性展望,同时为健美操运动员和教练员从事训练和编排提供一定的理论参考。

Analyzed and compared the 2009-2012 and 2013-2016 edition of the federation of international gym-nastics（FIG） competitive aerobics competition rules,and analyze through the art arrangement, movement accom-plishment and element of difficulty, the paper mainly u-sing the the method of literature review and statistical a-nalysis to discuss the changing characteristics of the com-petition rules, analyzed what influence of the new rules have on the technological development of competitive aer-obics,This paper also re-viewed the development of com-petitive aerobics and provided theoretical references for the athletes and coaches about the training and arrange-ment of competitive aerobics.
