摘要
高校健美课程定位模糊,教学特色缺失,这与植根于中国文化和审美观念的身体认知有很大关系。健美运动的项目文化围绕身体演绎和生发,相比其他项目,呈现出智慧、审美、和谐三位一体的身体文化特色,身体理应成为健美课程教学理念设计的逻辑起点。对此,高校健美课程教学理念应共性与特性兼顾,调整课程目标,重新定位于认知身体,树立身心和谐的健美身体观;审美与体质并重,强调项目文化熏陶,通过身体练习提高身体素质,建立身体本体感;理论与实践交互,培育身体感知,提高学生对健美运动以及人体的理解,丰富身体的审美体验。
The college bodybuilding courses is facing problems with fuzzy positioning and teaching characteris-tics missing. It has a great relationship with body aware-ness rooted in Chinese culture and aesthetic ideas. Pro-jects culturl of bodybuilding just around the The body in-terpretation,compared to other projects,showing a distinct cultural characteristics of The body,which should become the logical starting point for bodybuilding course concept design. In this regard, the college bodybuilding course philosophy should take into account the commonness and characteristics,adjusting curriculum objectives,reposition- ing cognitive The body, to establish a harmonious body concept with physical and mental;promote a philosophy of aesthetic and physical both,emphasize project cultural in-fluence through physical exercise to improve fitness, es-tablish a sense of The body;interact theory and practice, cultivate The body awareness, enhance students' under-standing of the human body and enrich aesthetic experi-ence of The body.
