山东省体育公共服务均等化测度的实证研究

The Empirical Research on Equalization Measurement of Sport Public Service in Shandong Province

采用调查问卷、数理统计及系统分析等研究方法,就山东省体育发展状况进行了调查研究,构建出山东省体育公共服务均等化指标体系。提出了利用多指标综合评价的方法测评地区间体育公共服务均等化的思路,并以山东省为案例进行实证分析。构建的山东省体育公共服务均等化评价体系使我省区域之间体育事业发展比较成为可能。

With the methods of questionnaire, mathemati-cal statistics and systems analysis, this paper studied on the condition of sport development in Shandong Province and had constructed an equalization index system of Shan-dong sport public service. It proposed an idea that relying on multidimensionality indexed evaluation method to measure the equalization of sport public service among different regions based on an empirical analysis on a case of Shandong Province. The result of equalization index system of Shandong sport public service makes it possible to measure the condition of sport development in different regions in Shandong.
