摘要
自秦设郡县以来,县就开始成为我国国家政权的构成元素。在国家行政结构里,县不仅是一个国家的地域范畴,还是以县级政权为调控主体的社会范畴和经济范畴。实施县域经济包容性增长"双向三化一体"发展路径,将有助于解决文山市集多民族、山区、贫困为一体的社会经济发展等问题。鉴于此,文章以文山市2012年国民统计数据为基础,同县域经济包容性增长理论进行比对分析,探寻文山市县域经济跨越发展、科学发展、和谐发展的对策。
Since the Qin set counties, the county began to become a constituent element of state power in China. In the country＇s administrative structure, the County is not only a country＇s geographical areas, or county government for the regulation of the main areas of social and economic areas. Implementation of the county＇s economic development path of inclusive growth＆quot;three two-way integration＆quot;will help to address the multi-ethnic, mountains, poverty as one of the socio-economic development questions. In view of this, the article on the basis of the Wenshan city 2012 national statistics, comparative analysis with theory of inclusive growth of county economy, to explore the Wenshan County Economic Leapfrog development, scientific development, harmonious development of countermeasures.
