摘要
云南省河湖众多,水资源丰富,但时空分布极为不均,现状水资源开发利用率总体不高,但局部地区已超过了国际公认的合理开发利用上限。在归纳总结现有水利工程、在建水利工程以及拟建水利工程供水能力的基础上,分析了云南省水资源开发利用率的发展变化趋势,指出河湖生态环境质量与水资源开发利用率成负相关关系,部分水资源利用率较高的水资源四级区已出现生态环境恶化的现象,提出了解决云南省水资源开发利用与保护之间矛盾的建议。
The water resource of Yunnan is rich.However,its distribution is uneven.Although the general devel-opment rate of water resource is relatively low,the development rate in part of Yunan has exceeded the superior limit of the international acceptable development rate.The trend of water resource development in Yunnan was pre-dicted based on the existing water conservancy projects and the planning projects in the near future.The correlation between ecological environmental quality and the development rate of water resource was explored.A negative cor-relation was revealed between them.The aggravating ecological environmental quality always happens with high de-velopment rate of water resource in Yunnan.The countermeasures were put forward to resolve the conflicts between development and protection of water resource in Yunnan.
