科学、安全与信任:以转基因食物为例 被引量:1

摘要 转基因食物(genetically modified food)作为这样一个案例在讨论:科学研究的内在不确定性与国民消费者要求他们所使用的科学创新产品的安全性之间存在争议。总体说来,同行评审对转基因食物安全性的研究表明其不存在重大健康风险问题,除了少数意外,如众所周知的"普斯陶伊事件"(Pusztai affair)①和最近的"塞拉利尼事件"(Seralini case)②,由于基于不正确的实验设计和统计分析,这两起事件的后期研究被科学共同体忽视。这种矛盾的实验结果表明了风险评估的复杂性,激起了国民消费者对转基因食物的反对。转基因食物安全与否,国民消费者需要明确肯定的答复;在风险评估、风险管理中,科学共同体和决策者对道德价值的充分考虑,应该是关于这个问题最值得被信任的回答。
