摘要
本研究将Roemer机会平等理论与Oaxaca性别歧视分解框架相结合,提出一种可以包含"前市场歧视"的性别工资差异分解方法,并使用CHIPS数据集进行实证分析。本文得出结论:1995年、2002年和2007年,性别工资差异中由机会不平等造成的部分分别为68.3%、60.5%、80.3%;虽然我国性别歧视仍有扩大的趋势,但性别之间在教育环境上的机会不平等现象已经有了很大的好转。
This paper combines the Oaxaca decomposition with Roemer's equality of opportunity theory to analysis Gender Wage Gap in a whole new perspective which can contain pre-market discrimination. Our results show that the ratio of gender wage gap due to inequality of opportunity are 68. 3% 、60. 5% 、80. 3% in the year 1995,2002 and 2007 respectively,and the gender discrimination still facing the trend of expansion,but the inequality of opportunity on education circumstance between gender have been taken a favorable turn by using CHIPS data.
