摘要
本文以出口企业为研究对象,引入企业规模和出口经验为调节变量,以出口市场多元化为控制变量,深入研究了出口促进计划对企业出口绩效的影响机理。研究结果表明:出口促进计划对企业出口相关资源和管理者认知具有积极作用;出口相关资源和管理者认知通过影响出口营销战略,对企业的财务绩效和市场绩效产生积极影响;同时,出口促进计划对经验较少企业的管理者认知和规模较小企业出口相关资源的影响比较大。最后,指出了研究启示、不足与展望。
The influential mechanism of export promotion programs on the export performance of exporting enterprises is studied in this paper, with enterprise scale and exporting experiences as moderator variables, and export market diversification as the controlled variable. The results show that export promotion programs affect the cognition of export related resources and managers positively, which in turn impacts the financial and marketing performances of enterprises positively through affecting export marketing strategies. At the meantime, export promotion programs have a larger impact on the cognition of the managers with fewer exporting experiences and export related resources of smaller enterprises. To conclude, some research limitations are discussed and insights for future studies are proposed.
