企业对于职业教育利益诉求的合理性分析——基于职业能力视角

Rationality Analysis of Enterprise Interest Demands for Vocational Education——Based on Vocational Ability Perspective

文章以职业能力为审视角度,通过分析企业对技能型人力资本的能力诉求和现代职业教育的职业能力内生逻辑,得出企业的利益诉求与职业教育价值的能力指向的趋同性,阐明企业对于职业教育利益诉求的实质及其合理性。

From the perspective of vocational ability, this paper analyzes the enterprises＇ interest demands for skill-oriented human capital and internal logic of vocational ability in modern vocational education. It is concluded that the enterprises＇ in- terest demands are consistent with the ability-orientation of vocational education value. Moreover, the essence and the rationality of interest demand in vocational education are demonstrated.
