中国传统村落普查审定文化行为解读

Interpretation on the Cultural Behavior of the Survey and Approbation of Chinese Traditional Villages

村落是我国农耕文明的"根性"载体之一,其价值和意义不仅关乎人民生产生活与各类文化遗产,更关乎民族的尊严与自信,关乎全球化背景下的民族文化身份与认同。传统村落及其生产生活方式的"非正常"消亡与瓦解不利于当前的新农村建设。文章通过中国传统村落普查与审定的背景综述,对中国历史文化名村、传统村落的评价指标体系的比较分析,解读传统村落普查与审定这一当前文化行为。

Village is one of the ＂root＂ carriers of the agricultural civilization of China. Its value and significance is not only related to the people＇s production and life, to all kinds of cultural heritage, but also to the dignity and self-confidence of the nation, and to the national cultural identity in the context of globalization. Therefore, the ＂non-normal＂ extinction and dis- integration of traditional villages and their production and lifestyle are not conducive to the new rural construction. By means of reviewing the general survey on Chinese traditional villages, and comparative analysis on the evaluation index system of both Chinese historical and cultural villages and traditional villages, this paper tries to interpret the cultural behavior of the general survey and approbation of Chinese traditional villages.
