摘要
基于宁波市650位农民工金融行为的问卷调查数据,从人力资本、就业状况、收入状况视角对农民工储蓄行为的影响因素进行了计量分析。结果表明:家庭就业人数、外出务工比例、累计工作年限、就业方式、劳动人口负担率、购买保险和就业领域对农民工储蓄行为具有显著影响,其他因素对农民工储蓄行为不存在显著影响。
Based on the data collected from surveys of migrant workers＇ financial behaviors in Ningbo City, the paper quantitatively analyzed the factors influencing their deposit behavior from the perspectives of human capital ,employment and income status.The results suggest that household employment, workers proportion, accumulated working years, way of employment ,labor burden rate, insurance purchasing and the field of employment have significant influence on their deposit proportion while other factors have no significant influence.
