农产品质量安全标准对最优决策的影响分析——以龙头企业设定的私人质量安全标准为视角

Analysis on the Influence of the Agricultural Product Quality Safety Standards on the Optimal Decisions——Based on the Perspective of the Private Quality Safety Standards Set by Leading Enterprises

由龙头企业依据品牌要求等自行设定的"私人质量安全标准"作为研究对象,当农产品需求量受到价格及随机质量安全水平的直接影响时,分析了在以龙头企业为主导模式与一体化模式中农产品的最优供给量、价格和利润,以及质量安全标准对上述最优决策的影响。结果表明:无论在龙头企业主导还是一体化模式中,合作社供给的农产品数量都高于预期市场需求量,并且随着质量安全标准的提高,农产品的零售价格都会上涨。

This paper takes the private quality safety standards＇ set by the leading enterprise according to the brand requirement as the object of study, and analyzes the optimal supply quantity, price and profit in the leading mode of the leading enterprise and the integration mode, and the effect of the quality safety standards on the optimal decision, when the demand of agricultural goods is directly affected by the price and the random quality safety level. The results show that the quantity of agricultural goods supplied by the cooperative is both higher than the expected market demand whether in the leading mode of the leading enterprise or the integration mode, and the retail price will rise with the improvement of the quality safety standards of agricultural products.
