中国特色的“融合性统一模式”——以“台湾居民参与国家管理”为视角切入

台湾居民参与国家管理是中国走向最终统一这一历史性过程之中的重要步骤和促统手段,其意义极其重大。中国之统一,不可能走德国、也门等两个分裂的主权国家统一的模式,而只能是国家内部两岸之间采取恰当的方式结束对立、走向融合,实现主权与治权的完全统一。近年来,两岸关系虽几经调整,但业已行走在一条导向统一的正确路线上:经济、文化与亲缘的融合,逐渐为国家统一奠定良好基础,只要善于掌握和创造有利于统一的内外条件,适时推进两岸之间的政治谈判,在不远的将来两岸必将走向统一。中国和平统一不仅能够极大地推动国家富强、民族振兴目标的实现,也将为世界和平创造一种全新的国家统一模式——"融合性统一模式"。

The measure that the residents of Taiwan participate in the national managements is an important step towards China’s final reunification and means of promoting it, so it must be of great significance. China’s reunification should follow the road suited to China’s specific conditions, that is, to formally end the state of hostility across the Straits by an appropriate way, to integrate still more closely with each other and to finally achieve complete re-unity of sovereignty and administrative power instead of following the road suited to the conditions of two divided sovereign states such as Germany and Yemen. After several adjustments, the cross-Straits relations have been followed the correct road toward reunification. The integration of economy, culture and brotherhood laid a sound foundation for national reunification. If only to create and control the internal and external advantages conducive to reunification and to promote the political negotiation between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits at an appropriate time, the two sides of the Taiwan Straits would be reunited in the foreseeable future. China’s peaceful reunification will not only promote to achieve the goal of making our nation stronger and more prosperous and revitalizing our nation but also contribute the world peace a whole new model of national reunification.
