An Analysis of Restrictive Factors Concerning Government Information-sharing in the Internet Age

信息资源不能有效共享是阻碍电子政务发展的最大障碍之一,也是电子政务信息资源建设所要重点解决的难题。在界定电子政务信息整合与共享的涵义及关系的基础上,探讨了信息资源不能得到有效共享的制约因素,并提出了具体的解决措施。

Having no effective access to government information is one of the biggest obstacles to develop e-government as well as the difficult problems which should be mainly solved for the development of e-government information. With defining the integration and sharing of e-government information and their relationship, this paper discusses the restrictive factors concerning having no effective access to government information and propose some specific solutions.
