摘要 通过层次分析法,计算出项目群中各项目相对于项目群进度优化总目标的权重,进而计算出不同单位约束资源的使用在项目重要性权重约束下,对项目群整体相对进度优化值的影响。引入粒子群算法,设计算法流程,构建约束资源分配模型,对目标模型进行求解,从而实现项目群整体进度的优化。通过算例验证粒子群算法在解决项目群进度优化管理的可行性和有效性。 Through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), this paper proposes the items' weights to the general objective ofprogram scheduling optimization. Then it comes out with the relative scheduling optimization value with different units of theconstrained resource used in the program under the constraint of items' importance weights. After that, this paper intro-duces the particle swarm algorithm and designs an algorithm progress to build a constrained resource allocation model in or-der to solve the target model. In this way, the program scheduling optimization can be realized. Finally, it verifies the feasi-bility and effectiveness of the particle swarm algorithm in dealing with the problem of program scheduling optimization man-agement by using a case.
