摘要
研究了无缺陷退货条件下的在线零售商在销售之初选择权变策略、免运费和分离运费三种运费承担策略对利润、消费者购买决策、消费者需求量和退货量的影响。结果表明:不同运费承担策略对消费者和在线零售商的影响不同;在线零售商根据自身需求和消费者对运费是否敏感的商品恰当选择运费承担策略可以实现利润、需求和退货量的平衡,并通过算例进行了验证分析。
This paper studies the effect on online retailers' profit, consumers' purchasing decisions, consumers' demandand the amount of returns considering the three freight commitment policy of contingency, freight free and separation. The a-nalysis results show that the impact of different freight strategies is different between online retailers and consumers, that isto say, online retailers' profit, consumers' demand and the amount of returns vary with the difference of freight commit-ments strategies. Online retailers can achieve a balance among profit, demand and the amount of returns according to theirneeds and consumption analysis. In this paper, the conclusion is verified by the numerical example.
