摘要
结合并购本质和企业能力分析,提出了并购能力的概念;并从支付能力、信息能力、组织能力和整合管理能力四方面阐述了并购能力的构成,构建了并购能力评价指标体系;建立了基于模糊积分的并购能力评价模型。以A企业为例对其并购能力状况进行实证分析,论证了该评价方法的科学性和可行性。
Firstly, the concept of M＆A capability is advanced from M＆A essence and enterprise capability analysis. Then,the internal structure of M＆A capability is described from the abilities of payment, information, organization and integrationmanagement, and the evaluation index system on M＆A capability is established. Finally, empirical study is carried out withthe evaluation model of M＆A capability based upon fuzzy integral method.
