可解脱性球囊治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨可解脱性球囊治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘(traumatic carotid cavernous fistula,TCCF)的技术要点及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析128例TCCF病人的临床资料,采用可解脱性球囊进行栓塞治疗。结果术后结果显示:1次栓塞成功118例(92.2%);栓塞术后复发10例(7.8%),再次栓塞治疗后达到完全治愈。6例(4.7%)因严重的盗血而闭塞颈内动脉。随访24个月,6例术前失明病人中,好转2例,无变化4例;58例视力下降的病人中,视力恢复正常53例,视力未完全恢复5例;无手术相关并发症及死亡。结论可解脱性球囊治疗TCCF操作简单、疗效确切。
