Difficulties and strategies for laparoscopic surgery for renal tumor

随着泌尿外科技术的发展,肾肿瘤的微创手术治疗已逐步代替开放手术治疗。本文结合文献复习及手术临床经验,就腹腔镜手术中肾血管的处理、不同位置肾肿物的切除技巧以及并发症的预防与处理等做一些探讨。

With the development of laparoscopic technology, open surgery has been gradually replaced by minimally invasive operation in treatment of renal tumors. In this article we will talk about some problems which include surgical skills for different tumor location, treatment of renal vessels in laparoscopic operation, and the prevention and treatment of complications based on our operation experience and some related literatures.
